Free Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders up to 100" in width.  A delivery charge of $60 will be charged for each oversized window treatment over 100" wide.  Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.

Shipping Carriers

Products are automatically ground shipped by our manufacturers via UPS or FedEx with the exception of those that are either greater than 100 inches or weight more than 100 pounds.  Oversized products will be delivered by a common freight carrier and may take slightly longer for delivery.  Freight carriers provide curbside delivery only.  Customers may be responsible for additional charges for special delivery requests such as in-home delivery, remote area delivery etc.

Production and Shipping Times

Because our products are custom made based on your specifications, they are not made until you order them.  The time it takes to make a window treatment varies across all manufacturers and products.  For an approximate timetable for production and delivery times for all products, view our Delivery Time Estimates.

Multiple Shipments

Keep in mind that if your order consists of a combination of window treatments or brands, you may receive each of the products at different times.
